Onda (pronounced "ohn-da") means an ocean’s wave in Portuguese, Fernando’s native language.

Weddings (big & small), elopements, engagements, vow renewals, anniversary sessions, couple sessions, family sessions, maternity, boudoir, and portraits.

We are based out of Denver, CO and will happily travel anywhere in the world to photograph your special day! Travel and accommodation fees will apply depending on the location. If your event is happening in Crested Butte, CO, Sedona, AZ, or São Paulo, Brazil, there will be no accommodation fees.

We customize your package based on your needs, but typically it includes two photographers (us) and a full day of coverage, starting with the getting ready process, documenting the ceremony and reception, and ending with the final exit. At some point in the day we do couple, family, and wedding party portraits. Afterwards, you will receive 600+ images sent to you via a private online gallery with full printing rights. We also offer a complimentary engagement session to couples who book weddings with us, which is a great way for us to get to know each other before the big day!

For weddings and elopements, we send our couples a sneak peek gallery of 15-20 images within one week. The full gallery of images will be sent 4-6 weeks after the event. For other smaller sessions, we send the full gallery within 2 weeks.

Yes! During the getting ready process, we split up and capture each wedding party separately. Then, for the rest of the day we work jointly, covering the event and all of its festivities from different angles.

Yes, gladly! We do it upon request and for an additional fee. When shooting film at an event we shoot around 70% of it digitally and 30% with film.

We offer video in the form of Super 8mm film, which has a lovely vintage feel. For a wedding, the video is between 5-8 minutes long, and 1-3 minutes for an engagement session. When editing the video, we work with our couples to select songs that are meaningful to them.
